Last night i confirmed pretty low fuel pressure on my car. Seems that as soon as I pull the vac line off the FPR that the pressure jumps from 20psi (idle) to 30psi. While running the pressure never gets above 30psi, regardless of wether the vac line is hooked up or not. So I'm leaning towards the FPR having issues.
So i've got 3-4 spare fuel rails that I can partake of some parts from. The question I have is...is there any kind of washer or gasket that I need for doing this? i know the other end of the fuel rail with the loop and banjo type bolts has a couple of copper crush washers.
My fuel filter isn't that old, and my pump only has about 50k on it. And with the pressure jumping up like it does it seems that the pump and filter aren't the problem. I'm trying to get these issues sorted out so that I can start tuningmy injector slopes with the Tweecer R/T.
