Ford Parts Network/SHONUT Rule!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the valve adjustment a few weeks ago and just want to give kudos to the great service I received from FPN/SHONUT. Josh had my shims to me in 5 days. Upon returning them, he had the deposit credited back to my PayPal account in 2 days. My #6 spark plug wire didn't seat properly. I emailed Torrie at Ford Parts Network who is sending me out a replacement wire as I type. I highly recommend doing your business with both of these great businesses. Thanks Torrie and Josh.

I have done a dozen or so orders with SHOnut, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Not only were they willing to answer my questions, but they also accomodated my needs with fast shipping.

Just placed my second order with FPN. My first order was quick, cheap and flawless and I expect this one to be the same . A1 on both counts. Never setting foot in a Ford dealership again.

i would have to totally agree with you guys. torrie at FPN is a great guy to deal with. i had an issue and he sent me to the correct part, waited for me to take the incorrect one off, and then send to him. he is great. sho nut is also great fast shipping and great service. if i have a question they never hesitate in e mailing me a response back.

i have yet to deal with SHONUT, however I have dealt with FPN in the past -- let me tell you, they are great! i have asked them countless questions about part numbers i am unsure of and they have always responded promptly and completely. great job FPN!

Should have posted a follow up, my second order with FPN was smooth as silk. They e-mail you back right away with a quote, they e-mail to confirm the order, and they e-mail when it ships.

2 days later, the parts are on my doorstep. Of course, the box said "Perishable" - so I got my rear control arm hardware into the freezer ASAP! wink

SHOnut - everyone knows they have great service. Never mind that they take the time and $ to develop the little products that everyone wants (proportioning valve plugs, brake brackets, other black market stuff), probably turning next to zero profit on them.
