Looking good!

That rear shock looks like its hanging on for dear life. Have you driven it on that little thread engagement? When I put mine in, I ran into the same issue as I wanted to retain the OEM ride height for the rear. My fix was to print a 10mm TPU (82A)/PETG mount for the top to gain back a more engagement. I can't recall at the moment if I ended going with longer mounting bolts, but there was plenty of engagement once all torqued down.

Has engagement, with about 2.5" of thread engagement. I will lower it for more engagement.

Question, do you have a pic of the front coilovers, i want to see where they are engaged. I don't want to drop the car right, now, due to needing to r² the fuel tank.

So there is a bit of wiggle room, but what I did was measure the exposed height of the threads. My front I created my own adjustable mounting plate which came in just shy of 6.81mm thick if I recall correctly.

Rear: 151mm
Front: 121mm

I had forgotten how much I had to shave off the rear bottom nut to get my rim to have clearance. And this was with a 10mm spacer. I had to use a spacer on the front as well, but I think I managed with an 8mm. I'd have to check again.

Wow, I have set the car down, just to see if I would have these issues. Sits just like oem, and now I want to lower it. There is too much fender to wheel gap for my taste.

After getting used to them, I am looking at more power. The suspension is really for Track vs Road. You may want a helper spring or bring it down one range spring for around town.
For the power of the engine, those springs are more than what is needed and grip at nearly any speed.

Of course like yours I've had mine down for a bit waiting for me to give it the attention to get it rolling again. You're making me jealous making progress!

I'm having this upgrade done myself. Can anyone take a swing at what would make the caliper leak fluid after a rebuild?

I know rebuilding is cheaper, but its sometimes easier to just buy remans. Lifetime warranties makes issues easy to deal with.
