I'm consider purchasing a charger. Now with all the differ vortech superchargers available and turbos used on the SHO. Do they all fit with the same or differ set-up.

turbos are pretty much custom kits...the superchargers I dont know about,I think they make kits for the SHO(dont know, my SHO motor is for a different application) I would rather use a turbo....more efficient

Yeah, places like the Shoshop do make kits...but i'm referring to the different units themselves. Like votech v1, v2, S or T trim for example and turbos. Are differ setup used or the same setup for the Gen II.

All the vortec setups are the same whether is is an s or v trim and I believe SHO SHOP was the only one to offer a vortec kit. The powerdyne setup is different and like posted above, any turbo is a custom job.

This may be a dumb question, but if unit discharge is curved or straight wouldn't that change the setup or hosing?

The Garage.
The S-trim is the most commonly used. There will be some use of T-trims and E-trims VERY soon and feedback will be provided. The reason some of us are going with these two trims is to run more boost, effeciently (cooler).

You will need a straight discharge, CCW rotation. If you were to get a hold of just the mounting bracket, you could fabricate piping with an intercooler.
