Fog lamps??? what the?

Just replaced my fog lamp bulbs. They were out for a long time. ****, when I got the car they out!!
Now they wont turn on.
Is the dash button supposed to have a lighted button that indicates the fogs are on?
Anyway, I checked all the fuses...none blown.
any ideas?
Hope its not some electrical nightmare here.

Ok...I got them to work guys. Didnt know you had to have headlamps on for them to be on.
Man those factory fog lamps kinda suck though!!
Time for some changes!

There is a fog lamp mod that eliminates the need for the head lamps to be on.
