After just finishing the Upper 60k on the '94 it runs incredibly better, however one item that is bothering me is the idle. It seems to fluctuate a bit when first started. Is this an indication that the IAB may be dirty? Can it be cleaned?

Are there any other things that would cause this problem?

The car did start doing this soon before the Upper 60k was done, so it isn't a result of the procedure and it actually isn't as bad as it was before.

Thanks! :)

i learned you cant paint the IAC (or IAB) or clean it sometimes its best to replace them when you can.. i had a hunting idle myself which was the cause of a IAB and changed it and itd perfect again, also expect vacuum leaks

before you do that... make sure the manifold is tightened down evenly onto the heads... if not there will be a vaccum leak, causing the idle to be irratic... and carb cleaner doesnt always work to test for vaccum leaks... when i had the same problem i sprayed the whole base of the intake and the car's idle didnt drop like it should if there is a leak... the only way i knew is that i took the manifold off and couldnt find anything, but i put it back on and torqued it and tightened it evenly and it ran like a top... also did you replace your head/mainfold gasket... that could be bad too, causing a vaccum leak
