Fill bolt on MTX

It's a little 1/2 square it looks like, a rachet fits in there but it's loose, i cant get it to turn without the ratchet coming out due to how loose it is and how deep the hole isn't, any ideas? i don'tt want to strip it out any more that it already appears to be.

Its a 3/8th sqauare drive. Use a short extention, what works the best is a 1/2-3/8" adaptor on a 1/2" drive.

That's what i was using, couldn't get just the ratchet in there by itself, forgot to mention i was using the extension. It's far too loose in the hole thogh

Possibly a large Allen head/Torx Bit?

Aside from this... you could possibly slap some JB weld (or the like) on the end of an old extension, put it in, let it harden, and then try and pull it out....
That is if you don't mind trashing an extension. You may also need to get another plug too, but these can be found at hardware stores.

Take some electrical tape and wrap it around the end of the extension until it fits snugly in the plug. Remove the tape once you've got the plug out. :thumb:
