Okay...as I ambled to the car this morning to head to school, I played around with my driver-side wiper, and figured out why it isn't properly tensioned against the windshield. The post on which the wiper arm sits is loose. I checked the other wiper, and there was no movement in the post when I lifted the arm. I didn't have time to do much with it this morning, but I will this afternoon.
