Very impressive. Not to take a single thing away from this accomplishment, but I thought the 12.4 that you ran before you added downpipes, coilovers, and the race tune was at least as impressive as this. What this shows to me is that the TUNE is king. Beyond that, the other bolt-on mods provides some incremental improvement but the speed improvement per dollar is not as spectacular.

Regardless, congratulations for a job well done!!

Love that this tune is my daily driver too. Livernois told me it's a track tune, but I casually tossed that sound advice aside and haven't taken it off since last November.

Apparently cars respond differently to different things. I ran the "race" tune a few times and couldn't improve my times with it. I loaded the regular 4+X at the track and set my personal best. Typically, loading a tune at the track is not recommended but it seemed to work for me. Maybe I didn't have enough octane to take advantage of the race tune.

Do they really hook up on the SHO? Not so much on the G8.....
Doing great so far...but I'm in the process of looking at a bigger wheel combo to throw some Nitto's or RS3's on.

Doing well. Did you get your 11's? I didn't see your pass, was too far back in the staging.

Next for me is to get a tune and 3 bar MAP. My wife was glad that it will be a lot cheaper to mod this SHO than my Mustang was!

Ended up running a best of 12.22 @ 114. Think I should've put more air in the tires. It was hooking the best the car ever has yesterday.

Did you break into the 13's?

No, didn't get there yesterday. Best was a 14.01, so close. But I made no changes to the car at all from the "as delivered" status. Not even tire pressure.
