Okay...movin it on back to the 2nd of November...I am getting good feedback from the membership on that one...PLUS even cooler conditions...and some others that had conflicts with the dates in Oct are able to make one in Nov!

ill be attending the run on November 2, 2002. given i get my struts done and other minor maintainance. my mom lives in Kerrville so i know how to get down there. would any other DFW area members wanna meet up and convoy down there ? my car is CB equipped so, communication would not be a problem. and are we all gonna show up on the 2nd or head down on the 1st and then gather on the 2nd ? need to know so i can request the day off from work (will prolly do so anyway).

Jeremy, whats this with me being a rook ? i must have missed something...too many cans of Berrymans, i guess...

As far as you being on any runs, you are..but no offense indended. Be glad to have you aboard. We usually use FRS radios to carry on conversations all the way, but I will probably just drive down there directly and not make the trek over to Dallas this time, as that would be quite out of my way. I was just joshin ya man! thumbs_u

iz all good man. im always up for something new. now i gotta find me a "mate" to go with me wink . i didnt think youd drive all the way out here then go down there. i was referring to the others like Scott, Tony, and whoever else is in the Metroplex. im wondering, which way will you take to get down there ? im hitting 281 South just about all the way. maybe if we take the same route, we could intercept somewhere. anywho...now what about the meet date ? drive down on the 1st, meet on the 2nd ? or drive down on the 2nd and meet the same day ? btw, from my house to my moms in Kerrville, its 4 hours nonstop (doing 72 MPH), 280 miles roughly.

I'll be going down there from Foat Wuth. But I will probably go down early Friday and visit some folks in Austin. Don't know yet, I have no real clue what I'm doing tomorrow, much less November...

The dallas crowd usually gets up early on the day of the run and drive down, then get a hotel room for that nite.

My g/f and I will probably go down on Friday, and spend the night fri night and sat night and come back Sunday. She hasn't been down to the San Antonio area before, so we are going to make a weekend of it. I probably will hit 385 south to I-10 and then go that way. That is the way I usually travel to the San Antonio area. We will probably be getting a hotel in Kerrville there.

well, i used to live in Kerrville and there isnt much to do. but if any of yall would like to, i know a great lil country bar there. if yall dont like country, then theres a sports bar down the road. we could go there, hang out, drink a few, shoot some pool....that is, if thats your kinda thing...
