I drove my SHO to work this morning and it was running fine. However, I hopped in to go to lunch and my engine would not start. All the elictrical equipmet and dashboard was on but my engine would not turn on.

The noises it would make was a clicking sound and some clanking afterwards. I tried remote starting it as well and it gave me the same clicking and clanking noises afterwards. And I also noticed evrytime it clicked my dashboard lights would flicker on and off rapidly.

Any idea what the issue could be???
Any insight would be great!

Most common when this happens: bad starter or bad battery. Battery voltage easiest to check 1st. Should be above 12 like 12.5ish to effectively start the vehicle.

Agreed on all this. Usually bad battery. Sometimes it's the alternator and the battery is just a casualty.
