ok on my friends sho it hesitates when you first step on the gas. it only hesitates really quick and then it accelerates fine. o ya it only seems to happen when its warm outside. also while it is warm outside the car will start to stall after the engine warms up. sometimes when it stalls, it has to sit for about 5 min and then it can start back up. there dosent seem to be any power loss in any weather and now that its cold outside there dosent seem to be any hesitation or stalling at all. the only thing now is that the check engine light comes on for an egr valve.
what could cause this to happen? im also having the same things happen in a 93 mtx and a 95 taurus gl with a 3.8liter and cant figure it out at all.
