Hi, this is my first post but have been reading here for awhile. My SHO seems to buck every time I hit a sharp bump or make a hard turn. The back connector on the DIS module is cracked and not making a perfect connection. I have tried to push it together but part of the strut brace is touching the connector. How can I fix this?

The engine control hiccup over bumps indicates a bad connection as you have noted. The DIS connections are very important to the engine operation. Try a Tie-Wrap to secure the connector to the DIS module. You should also seal the connector to the DIS with silicone to prevent corrosion of the contcts due to exposure to moisture.

Yeah I tried but it is like the engine is leaning backwords and the dis module is resting on some metel which is pushing the connecter off. Do I need new motor mounts or something?

I'd check your subframe alignment, especially if it's touching while the car is sitting still and not just when it's moving. At the front of the subframe, on each side, there are two alignment holes. Use a 3/4" rod and shove it in the hole. If it goes through the subframe and into the body pretty easily, the subframe is ok. If it wont' go through the other alignment hole in the body, then you're subframe is out of alignment. Loosen the bolt at each corner of the subframe, shove the aligment rod in the holes, then tighten the subframe and it'll be aligned. If the subframe mounts are really shot, then the could be allowing the subframe to shift too. Check them too. There are instructions on realigning the subframe on my site in the instructions for installing solid subframe bushings. Here's the link:

Well I found the problem. Took it to the shop and had the guy check motor mounts and subframe bushings. The back bushing was completly shot. I will be getting it back tommarrow. THANKS for all your help.
