not to beat it to death.. but since it wouldnt come out nicely i decided to try the drill and all that happened is it fused with the endlink threading.. wont split but melted to it.. does one keep drilling all the way through im just picturing an endlink with a hole in it.. doesnt look like the nut will split either.. any ideas w/out using a dremel maybe?? i just suck at this stuff. takes me longer :)

Mine solved the problem all by itself. The impact wrench shear'd the shaft right off. Found an endlink kit for $23. I think it does both sides. Havent picked it up yet.

Rear endlinks from Advance Auto Parts are around 11-12 bucks each. Includes new bushings, too (won't guarantee what they're made of).

I got a pair of endlinks from advance city auto parts store for $20 each. They were by Moog, they have polyurethane bushings in them very nice.

The bottom one???? use a piece of pipe to break it off. When you drill a hole in the nut, drive a chisel into the hole to open the nut up, then remove with pliers.
