Im wondering if any of my electonic issues are symptomatic of problems to come.

Once I turn my headlights on, it takes 5-10 seconds for my instrument cluster to light up.

Upon turning car off, instrument cluster, and stereo stay on 5-10 seconds after car has been turned off. Or maybe its just stereo.

Anything I need to be worried about here?

I do not think so, Andrew. Most of the electronics seem to operate on a slight delay for a relay or two. It is certainly normal for things to keep going for a few seconds after you turn her off.
