Electrical problems

Everytime i turn on my AC, the gauges go crazy and the AC and radio cut on and off, plus the car act like it want to cut off. I did just have the starter replaced, so i don't know if it has something to do with it. Someone give me an idea?

soundslike a possible connection/cable problem at the starter. All power goes from batt to starter and then to the distribution bus.
