ok just a quick question .. i noticed on my sho there is an electrical connector that goes on the bottom of the brake master cylander ... however after a few good monts of owning this car i never noticed its not connected ... and taped off ... my other sho has this wire connected ... question is what does this do ...and is it safe ... car stops ok .... any one know somtin about this thing ?

Sounds like a partial recall was performed.

Call your Ford dealer with your VIN and ask them to check OASIS to see if 05S28 is still incomplete on your car.

SEARCH "cruise recall" or "05S28"

That connector is the one that catches your car on fire for no damn reason and burns it, and anything it's in, to a crisp. I did a post on this, with info on how to find the correct parts yourself should the dealer give you guff.

search "cruise control deactivation switch" and you'll find it.
