Howdy, i recently replaced the 2 sensors that monitor engine temp
i could get the threads into the holes but the sensors only go in about half way (i can still see threads) but i cannot get them to go in any further. When i get them on and ran the car all the sensors worked and i checked for leaks and no leaks
my low coolant light came on today and i checked under the hood and i can see cooland dripping close to the 2 pronged sensor. i cant see any coolant coming from the sensor itself just from a hose below and to the left of it.
i havent had a leak like this before and its prolly from that sensor. i got them from autozone but they didnt have one for the SHO specifcally, so does anyone have a brand or part # ? visually they look the same but the new one i guess is a hair bigger? anyone have any ideas?
