Ebay AX4S listing.. Is this anygood??

I saw this listing on ebay and was curious if it was anygood. My ATX is headin south and if it decides to go I will either need to rebuild it or purchase new. If I had the extra coin, I would go with a bulletproof setup but that isnt reality for me at the moment. What do you guys think?

You'd be better off removing the tranny yourself, and having it rebuilt locally, by someone competent.

While it looks like they offer several nice features for a resonable price, that transmission will not work in your '93 ATX. The AX4S unit used in the '93-'95 ATX SHO was specific to the V6 SHO and cannot be readily interchanged with other Taurus/Sable models. Make sure that your search is limited to AX4S units (which may sometimes be mistakenly labeled as an AXOD-E) for a '93-'95 ATX SHO.

Thanks for your input. I have been to bulkparts.com to look at rebuild kits etc. I was also reading up on some posts regarding using heavy duty parts when rebuilding. Any particular brand or rebuild kit you would recommend? I would like to throw in a shift kit and probably go a higher stall speed torque converter.
