eatc trouble codes

I just performed the self test on the eatc and got a trouble code of 02 am i missing a number because I can't find out what it means. I did it because my heater isn't blowing hot air. the fan goes but the air comes out cool, i checked coolant levels bled out the air and both lines to the heater core are hot. Is it the blend actuator? and how do or can you fix? and is there a way that is foolproof to make sure that is what it is?

nevermind guys I got to searching and found what I believe was the problem, a while back my bcm went and i jumped wires to get the fan going and must have shorted the bda causing the fuse (no17) to blow, i replaced it and now it seems to be working fine. thank you all again

Code 02 is a BDA failure. In the beginning, it's an intermittant failure that will sometimes correct itself with a decent sized bump or pothole. I'm dealing with this gremlin right now.

Failure of the supply voltage to the BDA will also cause a "02" fault. He pointed out the fuse was blown and that replacing the fuse restored operation.
