EATC problems, please help

I have a 92 with broken buttons on the EATC so I bought from ebay a unit from a 95. When I hook it up everything works except the fan, what gives?
I did notice that the coloured lines that go in the back ( I think they are vacuum lines ) are a little different. The white and black are the same but the yellow, red and blue are in different spots. I know this because the unit I got still had the connectors on it and I even changed the fan speed unit to see if it was bad but no luck.

One more question, the unit I got has a "norm ac" button and no panel/floor button, what is this thing?

It's not compatible with your car. There maybe a way to modify it but you'ed probably be better off finding a compatible unit.

That sucks, it cost me $100. Which car might it be from?
The ebay seller claimed it was from a 95 Taurus.

It can be from a SHO but they are not all the same. There is a white sticker with a color spelled out on it this should be the same as the one that you are removing. I know there are members that have modified them to work but I was lucky, the one I got off ebay was from a continental and plugged in and worked with no issues.
