I know that the in-cat temp sensor is located behind that little SHO dash thingy, pull that off and see what you find!!

well easiest thing to do...and where you should always start with something electrical not working...fuses. if your blower motor resistor went out, it usually leaves the system blowing full tilt, even when off. is you engine slightly warmed up? if you have it set to auto, and hot air setting then you will get no blowing till the engine warms a bit.

Since you have an error code, it can't be a fuse. Since it's an automatic system, there's no resistor pack..

NOTE: If the interior temp of the car was below 50F or the engine was not fully warmed up, the EATC self-test results may be invalid. Be certain that these prerequites are met and the self-test fails before doing the following.

Open the glovebox fully (squeeze tabs). Remove the sensor from its bracket (behind the SHO logo). Disconnect the electrical connector.

Measure the sensor's resistance.

Depending on the inside temp, its resistance should be as follows:

Sensor Resistance Table
APPROXIMATE TEMPERATURE..............SENSOR RESISTANCE
10C to 20C (50F to 68F)....................37K to 58K ohms
20C to 30C (68F to 86F)....................24K to 37K ohms
30C to 40C (86F to 104F)..................16K to 24K ohms

If the resistance is incorrect, replace the sensor.

If the resistance is correct, then there is either a wiring fault (open or short circuit) or the EATC is defective

sorry i meant the BMC (blower motor control, which many people will call the blower motor resister or rheosat-my local wreckers, and other people) module, which oddley enough goes into the blower motor housing. if the connectors are not hooked up, then there wont be power.
