E-99 ?

Ok well I'm just checkin on what other little things I need to fart around with and I get a damn E-99 from my changer's controls when I push play. Am I lucky enough to take my changer apart now? 99 a mechanical issue? Something now working right or binding up? Are there things to possibly clean and **** in there? Can't find any info in the book, or on here even. The only 99 code came from someone with a stuck cd in there. My magazine comes out just fine, I even filled up all 10 just for kicks but nothing seems to work, connector looks ok too.
