Okay so. as far as i can tell the 96-98's had jetttronic injectors (square).

But my 99 has uscar more of a rounded.

The guy that owned the car before me changed 1 injector and the one injector he changed was a jettronic which is opposed to the uscars that were in mine from stock.

along with installing this injector he of coarse spliced a jettronic connector into the harness to compensate.
a couple weeks ago I was listening to my injectors because i started developing bad gas mileage.

when i was listening to the injectors I noticed the jettronic sounded different than all the other 7. more of sloppy noisy tick like it had noise interference in it.

My question is what are the differences between the v8sho injectors that are jettronic and uscar? how would putting in a jettronic injector effect a car that has uscar connectors?

Can't say what the difference between them as I have no experience with them. It appears the JetTronic are a Bosch injector from my research. Without a specifications sheet we could only speculate I am sure. It wouldn't surprise me that they may sound different, but can't say if that accounts for performance at all.
As far as the effect, so long as the injector works within the same specifications, IE) Opens at same voltage, closes after same time, has the same flow, there really shouldn't be any difference. Again without a specifications sheet, it's all speculation...
