Did I burn ALT?

there was huge traffic I had push hard to get the spot it went up red line on first battery light showed up sometimes it just blinking

As long as the light isn't coming on under normal driving and just comes on or flashes when you're WOT then it's just something to live with. A lot of the lower quality rebuilds and Windstar alts do this.

If this isn't the original alternator then the pulley is probably the wrong size. The SHO pulley is a bigger than the Windstar alternator pulley, this slows the alternator down for the higher rpms. Your brushes are floating or getting worn out.

engine off, battery 12.4v
engine on 12.1v
so alt. for sure is bad
it's bosh 2 years old, what's the right size for SHO? I'll take mine out later this week so I'll check. I'm going to fix it by myself, how hard is to replace diods? how test them, what other thinks would need to be replace after that accident?

PS half of my keyboard does't work :type: :type: :type: kids and juce

Forget trying to rebuild the alternator yourself. The diodes and field windings are soldered into the back of the alternator. These all have to be desoldered to take it apart, Alignment if the field legs that were desoldered is the problem when trying to put it all back together.
