Did you set the closed throttle voltage output of the TPS? Try this topic to see how to set the TPS voltage.
You can't really determine the functionality of the CPS by looking at it. Was it properly gapped during its installation? Check for contact with the inside or outside of the trigger wheel. That can only be done when the timing belt pulley is removed from the crankshaft, but I have found at least two instances of physical contact between the CPS and the inside of the trigger vanes.
Try cleaning the MAF sensor filaments.
