I searched for this topic and didn't really come up with much.

What is the best and/or easiest way to delete *all* or *most* of the ABS wiring? Just cut and tape? Strip the whole harness and do it the right way?

Another question(probably a dumb one): The harness that the ABS test connector is on, is this ONLY for ABS? I just want to make absolute sure that I don't need any of that before I start removing it.

Any comments/thoughts are much appreciated.

This is on a '92.

Well, the main thing for deleting it is I will have so much more room for the turbo setup. Also, since I pretty much had to rebuild the whole brake system on this car It was much easier without it.

Cut and tape I would guess. Are you going to go through the work to remove all of the sensors too?

Can anyone tell me what this wire is for? It comes off of the engine bay fuse box then splits into 2.

Well I pretty much did it the best way I could. I stripped the harness of all the conduit and tape that was on it. Followed all the ABS wires, which most of them lead to the ABS relay and the harness that the test connector is on. Except for 3, which are all power wires that go to the Engine Bay Fuse Box. This is where I am a little confused. The following pictures show the bottom/top of the Fuse Box. According to the wiring diagrams on AllData, the red wires on the left SHOULD be for the 10A ignition, and the grey wires on the right SHOULD be for the 10A accessory(ABS) (first picture). If you look at the second pic, the lid for the fuse box says that they are the other way around. Maybe I am just being too cautious, but Idk.

Can anyone confirm that the red wires are indeed for the ignition coil fuse and the grey wires are for the accessory fuse?

Anyone? Really need to verify if the red wires are indeed for the ignition so I can start wrapping the harness.
