I was looking at a thread earlier about the dash removal, and I was wondering, I've got a 97 w/grey interior, and the dash is seporating around the oval gauge cluster, but no cracks, is that common, and is there a fix for it, or is replacement the best solution?

that said, if replacement is the best, does anyone have a gen3 grey/black dash in good shape?

I bought a 98 with the same problem. I bought some epoxy from auto zone and it worked perfectly. Just make sure you clean the area real good before you apply the epoxy and I used 3 or 4 pieces of tape to hold the dash together while it set.

Mine did this around the cluster, pass airbag, and center console. I repaired the cluster area and center console with emblem adheasive from AZ. I haven't decided the best route for the pass airbag as it is an airbag. It is only the corner so I may just go ahead and do it, but it would suck to do something wrong and injure my passengers
