CV Joint question

Hey guys, How do you get the cv joint out of the intermediate shaft connection ?

The same way as getting it out of the tranny; give it a good yank, or use a pry tool to pop it out. It's easiest to remove if the intermediate shaft is still bolted to something solid (like the motor mount). ;)

There's a c-clip in there that can make it stubborn, so it needs a bit of an impulse to pop it loose sometimes.

Yeah, that c-clip can be a pain in the ****!! I like the bearing that retains the passenger side axle, it makes it tons easier to remove... And haven't heard of them going bad for anything i've read.
