Hi everyone. I was looking around on ebay and I found this SHO on there, it sits perfect. The guy said he has eibach springs on it and he cut the front ones to make it a total of four inches lower than stock (I'm not sure how entirely correct that figure is) but nevertheless it sits good. I don't really know that much about cutting springs, isn't it trickey to do and what's really involved. Should I stay away from doing this. Any input would help but even with the eibachs on there I still don't think it sits low enough in the front and I know the intrax are lower but I kind of like this stance.

Here's the link:

Thanks

I've cut eibachs before on my '89, anything over 1 full coil is too extreme. If you're looking for the drop that's in the picture why not go with Intrax springs? You'll get the same results without "experimenting" cutting springs.

half-way there, I think.
Uh - that's not a 4" drop, more like a 2" drop if that. I have Intrax on mine with one coil cut and this is how it looks.

I like how your sho sits twrsho, this may sound like a stupid question but how did you actually cut the coil?
