Custom three gauge cluster

I've seen a few members with a gauge cluster that looks like a dash piece above the center channel speaker. Does anyone know how to get one of these made and how much it might cost? Thanks!

Mine was made by a fellow SHO owner and Ford employee, who has since passed away.

However, there is a vendor that has stepped up, and is taking orders on a group buy to help fill the void of his absence.
