I hope that's a plexi window on the top and not a hole where the previous amp was installed.

You didn't grow up in 90s car audio, did you? Plexi is essential to sweet sub boxes...
If it is not called NOS but nitrous, what is a NOS bottle? I googled it and many sites are selling NOS bottles as nitrous oxide system bottles... Thanks for clarification. How is Bob killing you with that stuff? You can see the plexi bolted to the box in the picture if you look.
That's a premade generic box, leave the poor guy alone you meanies.
I sold my fair share of regular and quite a few super sized (I worked at Streamline Audio when we built the 1st Gates Bronco - 164.9 dB) most customers just want cheap and working and don't appreciate the awesomeness of super custom audio installs.
Bob, please don't ever call a nitrous bottle a NOS bottle again. I read what you write on most posts but ocassionally you **** me with that stuff.
I'm working on mine now. Removing the 6X9 "subs" from rear deck, and installing a pair of 8" Fosgate Free-air subs with a Fosgate 4X100 amp. Two channels of the amp to the subs, and the other two to drive the front door speakers. No box for me as I want to retain all of my trunk space. When it is all back together should look very factory.

100 watts per sub?
I would love to add a hooked up sound system, but I really need the trunk space..sucks. I wish I could put it somewhere else, but I have no other ideas.

Do what lotusdriver is doing. His wont interfere with trunk space and should sound pretty good.
I hope he posts pictures when it's done, because I wouldn't mind doing the same thing![]()
