It will start after I drain the battery 2 or 3 times trying to start it. It's also running rich. When it warms up it doesn't run very well at low rpm. And sometimes it wants to die when I come to a stop.

Take off the accessory drive belt and turn the pulleys one at a time. I bet one is hard to turn.

Especially check the alternator.

Hard to start/slow crank = Something is dragging, maybe belt on a stuck pulley.

Runs crappy when started = Something dragging down free movement of engine.

Runs rich = Poor ignition/weak spark. Low voltage from alternator malfunction? Check voltage on battery when motor is running at idle, it should be around 14/14.5 volts

It also cranks fine just won't start. It runs fine until it gets up to operating temp. And then it's just gutless until the secondaries open. It goes through coolant to I have a leak at a fitting down by my radiator and a t by the water pump leaks.

Check the Crank sensor.

I would definitely check the crank sensor. It can cause intermittent issues and no start problems. possibly a loose/ burnt connection at sensor location. trace the wiring for anything that might be frayed.

I recall when my old neon get hot, would cause her to shut off and create a no spark issue until motor cooled down back down.

CAM sensor can cause hard cranks, but I don't see it leading to a rich symptom. Seems like you should be getting a code with either the CAM or the Crank, but not if you loose the battery and the computer relearns...
