Hmm I kind of have. This same issue going on. Except for the stalling while driving. No codes. Although after sitting after driving after 15 minutes it will not start. But will start if you bleed some of the pressure from the fuel rail. How interesting..

When you figure out what the issue is pppplllleeeeaaaasssseeee! Post you results.
I am suffering from the same exact problem! I have followed all the steps suggested in this thread with the same results.

I finally got around to replacing the pump yesterday (been hot as **** down here)....

Solution: Replaced the piece of crap Airtex pump with a Bosh pump.

So far so good!

Thanks everyone who chimed in to help me diagnose this nightmare! :3gears:

BTW... The cars 'FEELS' better than I ever remember and now chirps 2nd (which it didn't do before).

I'm surprised you had an Airtex pump in there. My 95 had the Moguel which I was told Ford put in stock on the SHO's. I'm wondering if someone replaced the pump before and put an Airtex in it at some point. If so then check the numbers on the Airtex and see what the lph are. I'm running a 155 lph now and it's running beautifully fuel wise.

There's no doubt in my mind that someone swapped the pump the Airtex. No OEM would ever use them.
