cranking issues

So here's the what's going on. When ever I try to crank it it won't turn over. The tach is moving while it's trying to fire. If it starts to act up and not crank then sometimes we'll have issues with the fuel pump whinning like it's going out. Well just now it acted up but no whine from the pump. As I was cranking the tach was slightly moving as normal and then once it fired...the tach went zero and the CE light came on. After a few seconds of driving the light went off and the tach came right up.

What's the ideas cause i have to get this fixed cause it's gonna strand me some time soon i can feel it.

codes pulled earlier were the following...542 219 116 167 225 some of these were because i missed goosing the throttle at the right time of the test etc...

went out and re-pulled codes and here are my results....

KOEOff: 214 219 542
KOEOn: 116 538(forgot the throttle goosing again)

Once the second test was done i cut it off and let it sit then i tried to crank again, and here is something wierd came about...I turn the key to start let it go for like 1.5 seconds then let off well the car "cranks" kinda...it's like it was running on one cylinder is the best way for me to describe...so i **** and then go to crank again won't crank during the 1.5 seconds but when i through back to just On it catchs at the end and starts up. Tach doesn't move once the car is cranked during any of these tests but it is twitching like normal under ignition...once the car is running it runs smooth...and the wells are clean (through the last comment in there for good measure)
