so i'm elbows deep into my 60K .

I pulled off crank sprocket , to change main seal , when i put itback on i gave the crank a turn and some how it caught 2 of those metal flanges ( on the rank sprocket ) and bent em a bit ( my own fault )

I tried to bend em back and it looks ok but not totally symetrical . I have read in several post that the gapping was not that importtant and in 1 or 2 that it was .

am i going to have to find new part or u guys think it will work ?

also , how much timming belt tension and i lookin for , it dosen't feel like there is much on it , but when to rotation "takes up " the slack it has lots of tension and where exactly is the straight end of the torsion spring pin aganst ( on tensioner ) ?

The gap on the sensor ring and the Cps is supposed to be .030" thats just to get it centered in the opening. But its not that critical as long as it doesn't hit the sensor. As for the timing belt it seems like you have it right. It will change in tension a bit as you turn the crank. Btw you have added too many
you only need 1 set per pic.
