The cooling fan on my 93MTX has the three mount tabs spaced equally, while on my 95 they are not, nor are the replacement motors from NAPA.
Does anybody know when/why this was changed?
I've rebuilt (new brushes) the original motor in the 93, but not sure how long it will last. Where can I find a new motor with equidistanced mounts? Or am I going to have to replace the shroud with something newer?
