cooling fan dosent shut off

recently my cooling fan hasnt shut off at all even when the car is not running cant seem to find the problem. any help? also my low coolant light isnt going off but the coolant is full

Also, in addition to what he said, the fan relay is triggered by a ground signal sent from the computer, the relay always has +12 volts at its coil, just waiting for someone to give it a ground so that it can close the contact points and send the massive amount of 12 volts to the fan motors. So... check to make sure there isn't a pinched group of wires or corrosion at the ccrm connector; it doesn't take much of a ground to trip that relay.

As for the coolant light coming on... I would say it's either a dirty or bad sensor. The sensor is located on top of the overflow reservoir that has an electrical connector that plugs into it on the top. Try unplugging, removing the sensor & cleaning it off, then reinstalling it & reconnecting sensor. If the coolant is dirty, flush the coolant also.
