Steve,
Try the various Ford parts an line places like SHO NUT, fordpartsonline.net, etc. If you cannot find a new pipe, you can fabricate a new one or have it done. You may be able to get a patch welded or silver soldered over the area that is rusted through.
The hoses at the end that are crimped on are nothing special. To replace them cut away the metal clamp, replace the piece of hose and use a regular hose clamp.
Scott,
Detroit is in the rust belt, and uses a lot of salt on the roads. Steves rusted tube is most likely rusted through from the outside. The tubes were factory powder coated without primer. I bead blasted mine this summer, epoxy primed them, and painted them with engine enamle.
They were getting pretty rusty after only a few years up hear in the rust belt. My SHO came from Texas, and is rarely taken on the road between November and April. Maybe it is the humidity as well as the salt. rangerj
