Coolant temp sensor location?

I am looking to replace my coolant temp sensor and cannot seem to find it( I see my gauge sender near the thermostat housing) but I need the one that send info to the pcm...is it in the radiator?

Meh, I forgot exactly where it is but I know it's in the thermostat housing. The one wire is the sender and the black one is the sensor. If no one else chimes in I should be able to find a picture of it tonight.

1. The coolant sensor for your guage is to the left of the thermostat.

2. The coolant sensor for your PCM is to the right of the thermostat, or towards the firewall.;)
3. The coolant sensor for your automatic climate control is in the "hard line" going to the heater core.

You will need a 1" deep well socket for that sensor, along with some teflon tape.

Good luck. It's the one with two wires in the thermostat housing.
