My sho sprung a leak, the hose that warms up the Throttle body is spewing coolant. I have herd a rumor that by bypassing that you can gain a couple of ponys...it that true, will it make the car hard to drive in the cold. I live in texas so it only gets down into the 30's when it gets really really cold. thanks.

Go ahead and bypass it. You won't have any problems with the cold. I live in Illinois and have not had any problems with either SHO in the last 4 years with the TB coolant hoses removed.
