Would there be a problem changing from a LOS ( 48 state non EGR ) to a W0Z ( Calif. EGR ) Computer???

I doubt there would be any driveability issues though.

yes, no practical problems but the new ECU will be screaming at you because it will see no EGR components at all, so you will always have at least 5 codes, ALL of which illuminate the light. This means that unless you check codes like once a week, you will never know if a real problem develops...

IIRC the cali ECU had less of a "performance" tune.
