I tried to buy an MDesign intake a few years ago. After a couple months I cancelled it through Visa since I couldn't get a response from MDesign and I then totaled my SHO. At the time their site indicated the intake was in stock.

A month after that the intake arrived. I immediately mailed it back with insurance. So then they started sending me invoices through PayPal (which I never used with them).

After providing the shipping/return info to prove they had received it they stopped contacting me.

Jeez what a nightmare. The main reason I wanted MDesign is because it gives me room for a meth kit in the freed up space.

They might not be in business? The facebook page I found hasn't had a post since 2018. I can't open their IG link on the homepage. If you know the city maybe you can drill down to get a number. The good and bad about the internet is you can design a webpage to look like you're a thriving company and you could be a dude working part time out of your shed.

Everything I read says they simply are worth doing on these cars. Is there really any benefit other than cool turbo noise? My car has a drop in k&n, catless downpipes, tstat and 3 bar tune.

CAI's are more for overall sustained HP vs peak, just helps breathe better on the back end. Peak you may see a gain of 1-4 whp (being optimistic) but where it really shines is the back half of the dyno on the top end of the rpm range.

Anybody know MDesign phone number so I can contact them I have tried email and still no contact.
A lot of us have our methanol kits in the front bumper. Heck I've got my methanol kit and my battery in the front bumper. Plenty of space
