yes it does change your alignment but it adds camber and that is what you want at the track. I believe the intrax springs are the same ATX VS MTX.

Changing the ride height affects caster, camber and toe. A 3/8" height drop won't make a noticeable caster change. It will increase negative camber ever so slightly. Finally, it will increase toe in just a bit. Whether you adjust alignment for such a small ride height change depends on your needs.
