what is IAS circuit failure and EVR circuit failure. I ran my codes and got these (egr was recently removed)

What would cause a car that is trying to be launched from about 3200 rpm to suddenly drop when the clutch is released. I know there is some drop but my goes from 3200 and almost dies, it bogs so bad. thanks guys

The EGR removal is an adequate explanation for the EVR code (the EVR controls the EGR valve).

As for the launch, dunno. Could bo one of many things.
