was comin home from work today, and I noticed the throwout bearing making some noise, I figured no biggie, i'll check it when I get home, I go about 3-4 miles in 4th gear and when I push the clutch in to slow down at a light it feels real heavy and it won't come outa gear. I force it out of gear and then coast it into a parking lot. Now the clutch still feels like its full pressure, but theres no throwout bearing noise anymore, and the clutch wont disengage. If you start it in neutral and try to put it into gear it wont go, and if you start it in gear it lurches forward even with the clutch to the floor. What'd I mess up?

try lifting up on the clutch pedal, this will tension the cable if there is any slack. Your TOB could have also worn into the PP enough now that its not releasing anymore or you could have broken a few fingers on the PP also.
