Hey there Ohioans(is that how to call people from Ohio?)! I'm starting with FMC on Monday, so I'll be driving down to Mason, OH on Sunday and spending my first week in there. Anyone from the area want to meet up or have good tips on where to look for a place to live? Let me know!

Your going to be working in Mason??

I was looking at a job in Mason....hmmm... :squint:

A place to live depends on where you want to live (cincy, dayton, near family, your budget, etc.

Yup, the Ford regional HQ is there. I'll be back and forth between there and Dearborn for the next 10 weeks. So then on August 22nd I'll be in Ohio for good. Not sure on if I'll live in Dayton, if not I'll be looking for a house in or near the Mason area. I can't do an apartment, I have too many cars :bonk: Also, the 90 probably wouldn't pass emissions, need to consider that too  Looking to spend no more than $1,000 for rent/mortgage (is that possible down there or is housing through the roof?) Oh yeah, where's the nearest dragstrip? CincySHO still in business? Hmm what else...a local dyno?

I'd say nothing longer than half an hour.
I'd prefer a suburban lifestyle, be able to at least see your neighbors house and not like a plot of trees. Any real huge college towns in the area? I am only 23 after all.

this would put you in the top left corner of butler county, mason being in the bottom right, you could split the dif, and live around the city of hamilton, but their is no shortage of entertainment anywhere in the greater cincinnati area :thumb:
