Pulled code p2195 from car = O2 sensor signal stuck lean bank 1 sensor 1 . Anybody know how to identify which sensor this is, apparently there are 4 O2 sensors .

bank 1 is the right or rear bank. sensor 1 is the one closest to the engine.

To clarify on what's mentioned above, the engine in your SHO will have bank 1 near the firewall since the engine is transversely mounted. For each bank, there will be 1 oxygen sensor before the catalytic converter (sensor 1) and a second sensor after the converter (sensor 2). This is so the OBD system can monitor the effectiveness of the catalytic converters.

One thing to keep in mind is you might be having a issue with the capless fuel system on the car. I know my fiancée's Escape check engine light was coming on and reporting bad O2 sensors. I replaced them and still had the same problem. I come to find out that the valve failed in the Capless system and was sucking fuel into the system and ruined the Fuel Evaporation system. $500 bucks later it was fixed...

Over filling them will cause the same thine filling the EVAP system with fuel.
