CE ligh and radio dead

Finally go the 3.2 running :****: , did have some high idle issues, as well as plug wires arcing. Replaced the plug wires and all seems well, except for the fact when my brother was using a test light to diagnose my no fuel pump energize, now my CE light does not come on at all...even at startup. My radio is not working also.....any ideas .

Seiger.... Are you lights working(interior)? Keypad? If not, the radio is on the same 5 ampere fuse under the dash. Check that.

I honestly think the CE light is burnt out. I'd check it as it does not come on during the lamp test.

Keypad works, interior lights work, no radio but I did check the light bulb itself.....it works. At least the car drives.....but without the CE light, I won't be able to pull any codes or know if there are any. Need to hook it up to your TWEECER!!!!!!!

You can check codes using a multi meter

Oh yeah...who has one of those . I did not think of that one. The last attempt at using a jumper wire....the ECU did not even go into the self-diagnostic mode. I forgot to add that the fan comes on right after I start the car. I hope the ECU is not fried!

Well, changing the plug wires did not fix my high idle issue, the car would idle between 2500-almost 3000RPM. Talked to Terry(TWR) and he thought the ECU might be bad.......hooked up with Scott(91Taurisho) and he has an LOS ECU, hooked it up in the car and WOW, no high idle!!!!!! Car ran smooth, took it for a drive :evil_gri: and I cannot the difference the 3.2 makes! I can't wait to get the correct X2J in the car. My CE light still does not come on, but at least the car runs right now.
