car will not start after one week vacation

Before i went on vacation my car would start and drive even without the exhaust which was cut off after the o2 sensors. Any thoughts on why it won't turn over now.

The phrase "turn over" is used to mean different things. I think of it as the engine literally turning with help from the starter. Others use this phrase to indicate that the engine is spinning with the starter's help, but won't fire and run on its own. Please be more descriptive about the condition of your non-starting SHO.

the starter is fine i know that for sure. my fuel pump is going and i have less than a 1/4 tank of gas if that makes any difference. i turn the key and the starter turns but it won't start. i think it's fuel but not sure. I just put new plugs and wires in it and a newer DIS than the one that was in it before.

forgot to mention that the car revs when turning the key. no higher than 1000RPM's.

Well if it is trying to turn over like that it might be the CPS!I had the same problem in my car!
